this is a great book for anyone who's into sneakers. you don't have to be a 'head' to enjoy the pretty pictures and the interviews. it's great that the author talked about where to hunt for sneakers in various cities around the world. now if only the book was bigger in size so the details of the sneakers can be appreciated more....
I haven't read this book as I bought it for my son as a birthday present. He is the sneaker collector in the family, he has been a huge fan of sneakers since before the days of 'Air Jordan's'! I bought a pair of these for my partner as a Christmas present, in a size 9.5-10 (EU 44). They look good in the lion/burnt ochre. I got a little confused because the brown ones look the same as these ones in the picture selection. He wore them yesterday for the first time and said they fit great and are excellent golf shoes. I bought him the 'cheaper' Addidas ones last year, for around ￡70, but they soon let the rain in. Hopefully these will last for longer, being more expensive. Apparently the golf guys at the course recommended them to him. So far so good.
I first gave this product 5 stars. But only after the third time I wore these shoes they were completely soaked inside. For the price, it is scandalous! I returned them and was refunded by Amazon.

So be aware.However, they arrived quickly, the yellow thing isn't too bad, they're fairly well made for their price and unlike a lot of aviators these days the lenses aren't massive and are actually a little bit smaller than some i've owned in recent years making them better. I'll probably buy these again, but in a slightly darker shade.

An absolute bargain for the price. Being quite lightweight, these are surprisingly comfortable to wear. I wear mine pretty much everywhere (when sunny of course) and especially when driving........it makes me feel like somebody's wing-man :)

I bought them in black and white. Really cool and comfy shoes, and a great price for the quality. The cloth part is thicker than canvas shoes, so they're a little warmer than Converse All Star style shoes etc, though I don't think they're suitable for rain. The sole is cushy on the inside and strong on the outside, the finish is neat. I loved them, really glad I made this purchase, totally worth the money.
